When to test?

So, tomorrow is the earliest I can test (6 days before predicted af), but my SO doesn't want me to get my hopes up, and wants me to wait two weeks (until af is a week late) to test... I don't think I can wait that long, but I don't want to waste money or get anyone else's hoped up either... I'm already getting my own up; can't help that. XP When or how often do y'all test??

I use the Internet cheapies so I  don't feel terrible about the money aspect. I usually start 3 or 4 days before af and do every other day until she's here, because for me she always shows up lol! This cycle i should be out of town until like a day before af so that should keep me from testing, since I  don't plan to take any with me!

Answer

I wouldn't test 6 days before the missed period - though trust me the urge is always there. Typically should wait till the day after missed period but I usually plan to test a day or possibly two days before my AF is due because I agree that waiting is really difficult! The closer you get to your AF the more reliable the test results will be!
