Please help me!

I need some help, opinions, anything. I'm currently bleeding orange looking "blood". I am not due for a period because I just had one four days ago. But the last period I had went for like 11 days. I really need some help, I need to know wether I should be going to my doctor or if it's nothing to worry about. I am on the implanon and I was on the pill before the implanon. I am thinking of staying on the implanon and just having the pill as well so it makes my periods not come every week. But I just don't understand why my period looks so orange. Yes I am sexually active but this has never happened before. I had a massive weekend (sex sex and more sex) with my boyfriend (we usually wouldn't do it so much but it was our 2 year anniversary) so I was just blaming my period on that yesterday, because my vagina was sore and probably bleeding because too much sex or whatever but I think it's more than that. If any of you have experienced this can you please let me know what you did about it and what I should do. All of your comments with be appreciated. Thank you
