we were told in school that it's normal. when you're pregnant, you tend not to shed hair due to hormonal changes. once you pop out that baby, your hair is making up for that 9 months.

My hair hardly grew at all while pregnant. It was super dry and coarse. I'm now 4.5 months pp and losing hair by the handfuls daily 😭

I take a wad of hair out of my hairbrush every day now (8mo pp), but I don't think it's noticeable on my head... yet, at least.
