Could it be ectopic? Please comment

Hello ladies,
Long story short, my hcg has been doubling perfectly.. currently at 4,351.. no bleeding and very random mild cramps.. problem is I’ve had 2 vaginal US  and doctors said there was NO sign of pregnancy.. nothing visible in tubes for now.. everyone tells me with numbers like mine they should’ve at least seen a sac 😔. Can you ladies share your ectopic stories? Have any of you been through this?

Go to the doctor, and DEMAND an ultrasound one that they can do every day! I just got back from surgery and they ahd to remove my right tube due to the doctor not giving crap about me I knew something g wasn’t going good to start with my number were doubling and she said no need for hcg levels check ups next thing I know I start to cramp really bad from my right side ended up having an emergency surgery and couldn’t save my right tube!

With those numbers you should most definitely be able to see a sac. Ask for an abdominal US to check that the pregnancy isn't in your tubes, because you run the risk of losing a tube if it goes undetected. It's strange they didn't automatically do that especially with your numbers. That's normally the first thing they check-- that the pregnancy is where it's supposed to be. Hoping everything goes well.
