Guys do this. Never experienced it but guys tend to do this cos they think that since they said no relationship, they can treat you like a gf (kinda) and then call you the crazy one when they get caught seeing other girls too. They then say “we were never exclusive! It was fwb!” But like, he was taking you out on dates, texting you all day everyday, obvs sleeping with you. 
He just wants the freedom to follow his dick when it points to someone else 🙄

I don’t think so. Sounds like he might have some feelings involved but it’s hard to say. Guys can be pretty complicated. They might lead you on and be like “hey we are just friends”. Just be careful if this goes on as either one of you will catch feelings and someone will get hurt if you’re not on the same page.
