October I had missed my period, I am on the Implant in my arm at first thought nothing of it but then had strong pregnancy symptoms. this past Thursday I started spotting with some clots, Saturday night this came out. Was I pregnant and miscarried?

My baby stopped growing between 5-6 week, and it was about the size of my palm when it came out xx
