Bleeding?

I know this is the wrong place to post, but nobody else is responding. Is it in anyway possible to bleed damn near regularly during early pregnancy?

I’m on the pill but I suck at taking it and planned on getting the nuvaring. A week or so ago I took a pregnancy test (it was negative) because I felt completely off. I’ve been bleeding for a little over a week now. Consistently, but not enough to fill a pad or tampon at all. I still feel off but I’m not sure if I should take another test.. I’m still taking my pill, but I haven’t stopped bleeding yet
