Almost to the end of 1st provera/letrozole cycle

Good evening everyone! I am new to the group😊 I am 32, have pcos and have never been pregnant😔. Okay...so last month, I went to visit my obgyn because I had recently started skipping af for some reason..I skipped July... came on in Aug and skipped Sept and Oct. My Dr prescribed Provera to get my cycle to start and letrozole to help ovulate. I started provera on the 13th of October, took it for 10 days and then af came about 4 days after the last pill..I started letrozole on cycle day 3-7. My sex drive increased a lot while on provera and continued thru letrozole and after. I was checking my ovulation but never got a pisitivr...according to glow...i should have ovulated last week but I ran out of test strips😣I did notice last week some yellow cm...a little ew... like a day after that...i had a sharp pain in my uterus... in the center..had some nausea also... I have been cramping off and on like I'm about to get af😢 I have also been really tired and craving chocolate milk... my fiancee basically thinks I'm being a whiny brat... my question is... could I be pregnant?? is it possible I could have ovulated right after provera? I don't wanna get my hopes up but I feel weird!
