How can you die in your sleep?

A woman that my husband dad knew die in her sleep. she had a heart attack! She was 60! I have been so worried and scared and can't seem to stop thinking about it. I am 30 years old with no health problems of any kind. my anxiety is acting up tonight too!

If you think about it, if you had to go this would definitely be the best way. But in all honesty, you will be totally fine and this is highly unlikely

You'll die eventually, as morbid as that sounds, so you shouldn't live your life in fear everyday, especially if you are healthy like you said

If you think about it, you normally sleep 8 hours a night, maybe more. So, you sleep 1/3 of your life which statistically gives us all pretty high odds of dying in our sleep.

Sleeping is never a cause of death.  Sometimes things happen to you while you’re sleeping that could cause someone to die but it’s never a case where sleeping killed someone. Don’t worry about it.  I honestly hope I die in my sleep someday, old in bed.  Peaceful.

Sounds like you have some health anxiety going on! Have you talked to your doctor? 
I used to be like this and any thing bad that happened to someone I would think about it forever and be so scared it was gonna happen to me.
