Little help from you awesome girls. Please don’t be rude :/

Hi y’all. I missed my period oct got it nov 7 I finish my period on the 11th but it was a weird one. Only When i wipe / went to pee for 3-4 days & enough for one pad. But took a test couple days after a bfn. This week been having diarrhea, TMI sorry. Bloating loss of appetite, bad insomnia, creamy milky discharge. Now I’m having a little cramp on my right leg and also neck aches. Anyone been through this ?
