Dreams..?

Has anyone ever had a dream you took a pregnancy test and got a positive? Then actually took a test and found out you were pregnant?

I stopped taking tests a week ago because I was tired of getting negatives, but two nights ago I had the most vivid dream that I took a test and it was positive. I have been scared to test because I don’t want to be let down... talk about a let down. I have also been having occasional breast pain, left sided pelvic pain, and am SOOOO tired all the time!
