Not sure what's going on here...

My SO and I have been "trying" to conceive for awhile. This month I was supposed to start my period on 11/07. Well here we are no period and the tests I've taken have been negative. I had some spotting, super light, for a couple of days and thought my period was coming but nothing.

I'm frustrated because I have cramps, my back is killing me and I'm so crabby but still nothing. I'm a very regular kinda of girl but at this point I'm 2 weeks late and negative testing. Should I wait another week and test again or... Just wait till next month? Any thoughts?
