I personally think it's a little unhealthy to put so much social, mental, & emotional pressure on one person. I believe in a support SYSTEM. Idk I've seen things go pretty awry when something happens to that one friend because you guys are also romantic. I also think that platonic relationships can be stronger than romantic ones. & I never think it's a good idea to lose friends just because you're starting to get involved with someone

I don’t think it’s “bad” but it can lead to some unfavorable outcomes. For example, if you were to break up, it may be difficult for either of you to cope. If the relationship gets bad, you may not want to break up because you know you won’t have any other friends. Also, it’s just good to surround yourself around other people sometimes. I’ll add that it also depends on why you don’t have other friends. If one of you is keeping the other from talking to other people, then that’s a sign of domestic abuse. Isolation from friends and family is very common in those situations.

My boyfriend is my only friend and the only person I ever see. Sometimes I wish I had some female friends to hangout with, but I'm okay that I don't. I would rather be with my boyfriend anyway. He's pretty much the same way. He has one good friend, but he recently distanced himself from his best friend (he stole money from both of us and is back on drugs) and my boyfriend is over it. So it's always just us lol
