Ok so I'm super tired, I don't want to drink coffee. Lately I've been sleeping really late, and getting up early for work. I work 8-4 but half way through my shift I'm dead tired. I can't have any energy drinks stuff like that. But is there any other foods, or drinks to try so i won't feel like this .
