Little life lost 💔😭

So yesterday morning I lost my baby at 7weeks and 6days, I went to get an ultrasound to confirm the situation and they were worried that it all hadn’t come out yet so they sent me to the emergency department which I was waiting in the waiting room for 7 1/2 hours and didn’t get home until 1am thismorning, only to be told that it should happen naturally (which is fine by me). But now I don’t know what to do with myself, I don’t know weather to break down in tears or weather to just sleep until I feel abit better....

What do I do?
