IUD or Implant? PLEASE HELP

Okay ladies, I am getting close to having my first child (within the next 4ish weeks). I am trying to decide on a method of birth control. I need something that is long term and that I don’t need to think about. The two options are the IUD or Implant. I have had the Skyla IUD before and it worked well for me, the only issue was it caused me to start getting ovarian cysts (they were just small ones, but I could definitely feel them). I know that ovarian cysts are also a side effect of the Implant. I have no experience with the Implant though. So what are your opinions on both? I kind of am leaning towards the Implant because I don’t want to take the chance of messing with my woman anatomy... but I really can’t decide. Any and all input is appreciated.
