I’ve plateaued... help
So about 3 years ago, I was a perfect 130lbs and toned. Now granted I was SUPER active in many sports & activities. Between going through college & now working full-time (50+hrs), it’s put alot of weight on me... like 60lbs in a matter of a year. I’ve tried almost everything, detoxing, dieting, supplementing. Im having a hard time finding what works for someone with a busy lifestyle. Busy ladies, what are your tips/tricks to losing weight?
