38 Week Appointment

Can anyone try to give me a heads up on what will most likely happen at my 38 week appointment. My appointment is the day before thanksgiving and I was planning on going out of town. I have had no complications what so ever my entire pregnancy. My appointments have literally been 10 minutes long. Ive already been checked twice , no dilation I'm 50% effaced. I do not want to go to this appointment if nothing is going to happen. I can tell them my weight and blood pressure over the phone 😂 jk jk
