freezing breastmilk?

i have about 300oz frozen (2 weeks 3days postpartum). i'm running out of room in my fridge so i freeze it all the time. i unthawed 3 bags (22oz worth) and just had to throw it away because it wasn't used in 24 hours. but now i'm told you can keep thawed milk longer. what are the rules for breastmilk in the fridge and freezer. i'm literally sick to my stomach i had to dump it all.

6-6-6. 6hrs room temp. 6days fridge. 6months freezer. And I believe a year deep freezer but don't quote me on that one

If you find that you’re producing a ton and aren’t able to use it all, you can always donate it. I work in the nicu it’s always amazing when we get donated breast milk

It can last 4-8 days in the fridge, depends how cold your fridge is, generally 39° and under is good, just keep the milk in the back of the fridge. And it can last up to 6 months in the freezer

You can donate to a nicu! Or sell it I see women selling their milk all the time

I think freash milk can stay in the fridge for up to a week but thawed needs to be used in 24 hours.
