No insurance, not much help around here

*edit- Yes I am 18 weeks pregnant. I had insurance and lost it at the beginning of October, my husband has changed jobs and we won't get insurance until February. other than paying 500$ for a doctor's appointment what options are out there? *I plan to apply for Medicaid but I'm not sure if I will qualify. So any other advise would be nice
