was in rollover Accident

hi im 22 weeks pregnant i was in a rollover car accident yesterday. i was in passenger seat when car rolled at least four times. i was evaluated at er yesterday but they never did ultrasound. my ct and everything else came back okay but i have head concussion and whip lash. but now my head is hurting more where my eye sight is going blurry and my stomach is hurting bad again and ive been leaking alot of white discharge that is bubbling. should i go back or what. need help
