The "my pill" app

Does anyone else have this app?

It's saying I missed days when I just started my pills 6 days ago.

I KNOW I have not missed any pills and I don't know how to fix this.

As you can see I'm taking it around the same time everyday. My doctor said the time did NOT have to be exact every day. But this is saying I missed pills because I didn't take them at 7:35?

I don't understand this app and it would seem really convenient if I knew how it worked?
