Best. Bae. Ever.

I just want to throw a shout out to my amazing boyfriend on here to remind everyone to not settle. I almost settled twice for complete jerks and then this amazing man came along and I'm so grateful for him everyday.

So I work in a before and after school program and have been at one particular school forever. I've made friendships and solid connections with each co-worker and child there and truly love being there. Well 2 weeks ago they decided they needed extra help in the "trouble school" so they moved me out of there to a school that I honestly hate. I'm seriously considering quitting because of how awful it is there.

But anyway, my boyfriend knows I've been once upset since they moved me and the slightest thing can upset me after finishing my afternoon shift there.

Well I came home today to find out that my older brother left a bunch of blue crayons in his pocket (he was holding them for his wife) and put them in the wash with all of my clothes. Now all of my favorite clothes and a new shirt I bought from Pink are ruined, covered in blue smudges and stains.

I talked with my parents and they said not to bother my brother about it and that they would try to get the stains out. So now I'm having to wait for most of my clothes to hopefully get cleaned and if that don't work out I'm making someone buy me new clothes.

So I'm on the verge of tears and start texting my boyfriend. I tell him that I'm so ready for tomorrow (we have a cuddle date planned) and that I have a horrible headache. He asks why so I elaborate. And he offers to drive all the way to my house (30 minutes) to come and see/cuddle me until I'm ready for bed. And goodness he followed through on it.

We laid down on the couch and he just pulled me into him and started rubbing my shoulders, neck, back, and hair and giving me so many forehead kisses. I just love him so much and he's the first boyfriend I've ever had who's offered to come out to my house when I'm having a bad day and actually shows those affectionate touches. ❤️❤️❤️
