Are there any vets here who can answer my question?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

My SO and I just adopted a dog and she is a ridgeback x bullmastiff and she is desexed and whenever she is laying down, she never gets up to pee. She just goes where she is. My SO read online that sometimes it’s normal for spayed dogs to be incontinent but I’m a bit worried it might not be that and she should get checked out.

We will take her to the vet but it’s night time here so obviously we can’t take her today so I’m wanting to see if any vets can give me some advice before we take her
