Tattoo removal recommendations

Hi all, I had a really crap black tattoo done on my neck about 10 years ago and I've always hated it and wanted it removed. Can anyone recommend a particular type of laser tattoo removal please and let me know your opinions on it if poss? If you know of anywhere near London that you'd recommend that would be great. I don't want to cover it up, just remove it. I've done my own research on it but it's difficult to get impartial opinions on the internet - mostly it's just the companies advocating their own clinics. Thanks very much in advance :)
