I dont know what to think

I had clear liquid come out of my nipple the other night. It scared the shit out of me because I've never had that happen!! Then missed my period. Going on 3 days. Has anyone had that happen?? Of course I tried to Google it, but it didn't help much. Gave me 5 different answers. So I wanted to see if anyone has personality experienced that. And did you end up being pregnant?
