Bottle feeding breast milk

So ice had some issues breast feeding and my nipples are killing me and sore. I started using a nipple shield to get rid of dome of the pain but also started pumping to start to bottle feed my baby. I bf  during the day n night but want to use bottles too.  Any way, when I give my girl a bottle she grabs it abc guzzles it Dow 3 oz like that.  Hoe can I get her to slow down. I have to finish her on my breast bc she is still screaming n hungry.  We r using nipples that have s slow glow n she still chugs it,! Any thoughts?
