try to wait until after the first trimester, when all of babys major organs are forming. why risk it. 
highlights will give you more longevity too and the dye doesnt even touch your scalp, so its safer

I did when I was in the first trimester, it just didn't last too long. About half way into second trimester it all was washed out.
