Very abnormal cycle 😣 periods one week apart . Has anyone else had this issue?

Me and my fiancé have recently starts trying to conceive baby #1 I'm 18 he's 25 and my last depo shot was in June . I had a very light three day period in September then in October I had a normal period for me it's medium flow and lasts 7 days typically well a week after my period in October my period started up again and I figure maybe it's the depo or maybe I ovulated twice I wasn't too worried since it was a normal flow for me and ended after 7 days but now it's been a little over a week and my period started up again the pictures of the cycles are from October and two from this month one before the third period started and one after . It started out as pink and brown spotting this morning but after a few hours the flow started and now I'm passing huge clots one was the size of my index finger . I'm currently out of town for thanksgiving so I can't set up an appointment with my pcp till I home and I have to find an obgyn . I also just started taking prenatals about a week ago . Has this happened to any of you ladies before after coming of contraceptives I'm really scared you guys and could use the support 😞 baby dust too us all 👶💕🙌
