Anyone else run a fever 4 days pp?

Talked to my ob already. During delivery I tore around my urethra as well as vaginally. Today I woke feeling generally ill with a low back ache and abdominal ache. Started running low grade 99-100 degree fever. Dr rx an antibiotic for uti/bladder/kidney infections and said if I’m not better tomorrow or get worse tonight to go in. Here I am now scared shitless because of 1- google and 2- hormones , that I’m gonna die or something irrational. Anyone else have experience with postpartum fevers??
