Yep. It’s just vitamins. It won’t make him become female. It just won’t be balanced with the correct amounts of hormones for a man (we need more iron, they need a few things we don’t)

They are just a good multi vitamin but men have to be careful about iron intake so I would suggest just getting a good men’s multi and it would have the effect he wants.
