Had a miscarriage in October at 9 weeks. After a miscarriage early in pregnancy how long did it take it til you got pregnant again

How did you ladies now? This week Im week 4 of postpartum. Should be starting my "1st" period on Saturday and a part of me feels like I am pregnant again because we have been having sex throughout the month, but I want to wait it out til after 6 weeks, the 1st week of next month whether if I have a period or not to make an appoitment with a gynecologist.
symptoms Im going through: Last week I got random nausea like just queasy the same as how it was for me when I was pregnant and got basal body temperature spikes out of nowhere- like as though I felt my temperature increase drastically and then drop back to normal after a few a minutes.

I had one pregnancy first cycle after miscarriage, miscarried that own too, the was pregnant again about 5 cycles later.
