Should I go back into hospital.

So some of you may have seen my previous posts, I don't have a blood clot in my lungs thank god. They also don't know what's wrong with me, I got sent home today because I was feeling alright. But I feel worse then I went in the first time, my breathing is on and off. Is it worth going back in? I don't want my health to affect the baby, I haven't been able to keep fluids down without feeling extremely nauseous. I've probably only drank 500ml since yesterday morning
