period!? please help
Okay so I'm breastfeeding 6 months going strong. anyways this morning I woke up and aunt flow came. started cooking an hour into cleaning n cooking I went to the bathroom n I bleed throw a large over night pad and a super tampon. I also lost a very large blood clot, about the size of a lime. then it happened again an hour later. do I need to go to the er? I'm in quite a bit of pain, cramping like crazy.
