First round of clomid starts tomorrow

For those who have taken clomid- what time of day is best? I'm on 50mg twice a day, my doctor said I can do one in the AM and one in the PM, or both at once. Has anyone taken supplements such as fertilaid at the same time? I'm drinking pomegranate juice to hopefully help lining. Thanks ladies
