I hate not knowing what's wrong

LONG RANT SORRY: So I went to visit my brother today for thanksgiving and he lives like 2 hours away from me. everything was going great till I was about to leave. the back of my head started getting warm then I felt pressure and got dizzy. I've felt the warm and pressure before but I've never gotten dizzy. So I went to the er in his town and the doctor didn't run any tests or nothing. he heard I had GD and just assumed it was my blood sugars dropping. My sugar was at 113 before the dizzy spell and then they took it again at the er and it was a 108 and that's not low for me. it's normal. So he just sent me home with a diabetes packet and I still feel like crap and on my way to my town now 😔 thanks for nothing I guess 🤷‍♀️
