13 weeks and took a tumble :(

So I tripped and fell pretty hard yesterday. I didn’t hit my belly or anything I did hurt my knee really bad tho. I’m worried that I freaked out the baby when I fell or screamed. No bleeding or cramps at all... I just hate that I can’t hear or feel the baby yet to make sure everything is ok
