confused

I have no idea how far along i am. my last period which forsure was a period was Oct 1st on the 23rd I had some bleeding that's it I did ovulation tests both times. from the 1st I should be almost 8 weeks from the 23rd I should be almost 5. I went to the er Wednesday for cramping, they did in ultrasound and there is nothing there at all. They did blood work and urine the doctor there said my numbers were 800 for pregnancy. I had blood work at my doctors last Friday and I've been trying to get my numbers from them for a few days now.
