Pregnant belly pains

I am 9wks today! Yay! Third pregnancy, and everything has been so so different than my other two.

I threw my back out three days ago and ever since been having pain in my abdomen. Felt like cramping mostly in tummy area and so was thinking possibly gas? But, the pain is up higher today, by my sternum. Worried the pain from my back is affecting baby. 😨

I thought too gas was mostly later on when everything gets more squished?

Any thoughts? Could it be just gas or something else?
