What kind of workouts would you advise?😊

Hi everybody ,

Recently started wanting to work out to get stronger but also to help certain areas. So what workouts would you do for maybe the stomach area, booty , and arms and how many reps? Aside from squats, crunches. I don't have any gym card or gym equipment. I would love to get fit again.
