New to the group

Hello beautiful ladies, I’m new to the group Nd I’m trying to find out some of the best advice on how to get pregnant? Me Nd my husband have been trying for around 5 years Nd nothing has worked. I just recently went to the hospital for an asthma attack Nd was told my pregnancy test came back positive with the blood work Nd then when I went to my regular doctor they put in the notes that it was negative. I’m currently on my cycle but it is different. Can you also inform me of the abbreviations on here I’m lost what is DPO, etc.... Thanks in advance
