Hi all, I haven’t spoken to my baby’s dad since July and I just had our son. He said he didn’t wanna be apart of the baby’s life and I’m okay with that. He also agreed to pay child support. I can come off as really mean and rude and I’m trying to be the adult. We’ve gone back n forth n back n forth and I’m exhausted. I want to leave him in 2017, n move on.

I think I would’ve kept it short and sweet and kept the part about him potentially being arrested out. Or just a simple I had the baby, let me know when you can take the test. Short and sweet.

I think it’s fine the way it is. But just a question. If he doesn’t want to be a part of the baby’s life, why not just keep it that way and not get child support if you can support her on your own? I’m only asking because getting the dna test now and having him pay child support will give him and in to making your life miserable if he wants to be a child about everything.
