Christmas Visitation Changes

Per Court order NCP is to get kiddos at 5pm the day school lets out. NCP tells me he won’t gets them until two days later. I’m annoyed because this is the second time he isn’t following the courts visitation order. I have plans to make for another child. Is this acceptable for him to do?

* I am the custodial parent...I am not complaining about spending extra days with my children, are you kidding me? My issue is this man who cries in court about not spending enough time with his children and has missed spring break, is now shortening Christmas break. I love my kids, my complaint is their father who can’t stick to a court order. If you read the post, my annoyance isn’t with more time with my kids.
