Bleeding confusion

AF was due the 21st I started lightly bleeding then had a full heavy day on the 22nd and the 23rd I quit bleeding mid day. Now I’m just barely spotting. Still getting BFN’s. Can I get some opinions on this, I’m feeling so confused!!

Normally my periods are heavy for at least 5-7 days.
