Conception symptoms???

Question

I have just entered my TWW and have been doing some research regarding symptoms after ovulation and a successful conception. I found out that the hormone produced by your body after fertilization (spurred on by the egg) is responsible for the tiredness, sore boobs etc before the egg is successfully implanted. Has anyone experienced symptoms before implantation that they were sure weren’t the “imaginary hopes” of being pregnant?? I know ovulation symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms but this month feels different❤️🤞🏼 ✨✨Baby Dust✨✨

The strongest symptoms I had before implantation were vivid dreams and waking up at 5am every day. I’m now 8 weeks and these symptoms haven’t stopped. 
Most of my other symptoms though started after implantation.

My symptoms both times was getting a cold. Stuffy nose and just generally feeling unwell.

Thank you ladies💗 I went to the Gynae on Tuesday for my annual check up and she checked my ovaries and said one was about to ovulate so my SO and I BD’d that night and 2 nights later and 2 night prior so feeling very positive🤞🏼 I have only had sore boobs and sharp pain every now and then I’m my nipples and light cramping so I’m really hoping it’s our month❤️

Yes & no I didn’t have any physical symptoms per say but it was one of those things were I just really had a feeling I was pregnant during the tww

Last month my boobs were sooo sore but af came and I never get sore boobs, this month nothing atall! Af due tomorrow, let's see if she show up
