not sure where to post this , I had a dream last night I was pregnant, it felt so real. anyone had this before? did the dream come true ? it is too early to test 4dpo.

With my last pregnancy which I sadly miscarriaged, I had 2 dreams where I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.

I have these dreams so often, or that I already have the baby. It happens at least once a week. It makes me sad, actually.
