TTC #1

So me and the boyfriend BD on the 9th and I noticed the egg like discharge the 10th 11th 12th also very very very light spotting the 11th, after them 3 days it all went away and now I’m cramping, discharge, stuffy nose, bloating, nauseous, aching, my sleeping isn’t the same, I am super hungry more. Do you think I concieved? My period is due on December 1st, and I’m nervous that I missed it, I kinda have irregular periods but I think I ovulated int that time. What do you think?

I must add that on Monday I had a very very very faint line on a test but every other one is negative even Thursday fmu one was negative. So I got a couple more and will test but curious what you guys think? Please help 😭
