10 Days late...

So ladies I am 10 Days late. I was and have been what I would consider symptomatic but still not BFP! I took one fr test which looked like there was the faintest line but then again maybe it was too close to the control line to be sure. I switched to cheapies and they still look negative to me. Has this happened to anyone and what was the outcome? I’m crampy, tired, back is sore, waves of dizziness and nausea, and boobs are definitely bigger. Should I call my obgyn? Wait another week or few weeks? Share your experience if this has happened to you! Thank you! 😊
