Never thought this would happen for me!

It's been 2 weeks since I had to travel back to my birth country leaving my fiance behind... I decided to take a test before going to the gynecologist just to make sure I wasn't pregnant. Every time I stop taking the pill, it takes months for my body to readjust and I don't get my period unless I have it induced, so I thought I wasn't. And then this morning (2 weeks after being with my fiance for the last time) I get this! I'm so happy, I don't think it's real! should I test again just in case? My ovaries grow cysts when I'm not on the pill, and I don't know if that could interfere with a test result...
