I think this test is very accurate but it is very important to follow every direction closely. If ANY male DNA accidentally taints the blood sample then you could get a false positive for a boy. 
For example, the directions say to thoroughly wash your hands and then air dry them. I watched a video of someone doing the test and she dried her hands with a hand towel! Since she has little boys and a husband who live with her (and use that towel) she unsurprisingly got a false positive for a boy.

I hit yes but I didn't do this blood test. I did the blood test through the doctors. That was correct.

Mine was wrong. Think about it... they don’t even have to test your blood and they have a 50/50 shot of guessing correctly. And if they guess incorrectly, they blame you for doing the test wrong. Lame, but at least I got my money back!
